estimated delivery date. Please note that tracking updates may take a few hours after the courier picks up the parcel.

- After placing your order, it is no longer possible to modify the delivery address or cancel the order, as processing is automatic.

The estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days. However, due to the stricter customs regulations introduced after Brexit, please note that delivery may occasionally take slightly longer.
All orders shipped to the United Kingdom are sent under the Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) model — the purchase price you see is the final price, with no additional customs fees or extra import charges.
If, in rare cases, you are charged customs duties or any additional import costs, please contact our

We will resolve the issue by refunding any unjustified charges.
Orders within the European Union (EU):
All Timeless Brands orders are shipped from the warehouses of our logistics partners located in
Italy, Germany, Spain, and Sweden.
Because shipping is carried out from within the European Union,
no customs duties or additional import charges apply for orders placed from an EU member country.
The price displayed in our online store represents the final price, which includes all legal taxes and the applicable VAT.

Once you have received an order confirmation email, it is no longer possible to modify the order or update the delivery details.
Processing is carried out automatically through our logistics partners to ensure fast dispatch of all products.

Your parcel is insured*
If the delivery of your order is taking longer than the estimated timeframe, we encourage you to first check the tracking details.
1. Delivery Status: Delivered
If the tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered, we recommend checking with the people you live with or with neighbours, as they may have received the package on your behalf. If this is not the case, please contact our Customer Support team. We will open an investigation with the courier company. These investigations may take up to two weeks, although the average resolution time is approximately 4 business days.
2. Delivery Status: No updates / error code
If the tracking details have not been updated for several days (5–10) or if an error code appears, we recommend contacting the courier company directly using the details provided in your confirmation email. Our Customer Support team can also open an official investigation. Such investigations may take up to two weeks, with an average resolution time of approximately 3 business days.
3. Delivery Status: Returned to sender
If the tracking details indicate that the parcel has been returned to our logistics partner, please contact our Customer Support team. We will verify the reason for the return and arrange for the reshipment of your order.
Important Information
If the delivery address was entered incorrectly by the customer, Timeless Brands cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address or lost by the courier.
