Warranty Policy

All products sold by Timeless Brands Concept S.R.L. (“Timeless Brands”, “we”, “us”, or “the Operator”) are covered by warranty conditions in accordance with applicable Romanian and EU legislation, as well as our commercial policies.

Your rights and obligations related to product conformity and hidden defects are governed by the relevant consumer protection laws in force.

The products available on this website are not classified as long-lasting goods under Romanian Law no. 449/2003 on the sale of products and associated guarantees; therefore, the legal provisions specific to long-lasting goods do not apply.

For products purchased on www.timelessbrands.ro, Timeless Brands provides a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, if any lack of conformity or defect is identified, we will replace the product with a new one or refund the amount paid, unless such remedy is disproportionate in relation to the defect. The conformity warranty and the warranty against hidden defects are both limited to this 30-day warranty period offered by the Operator.

The warranty is valid only if the products are used according to their intended purpose and in compliance with the care and maintenance instructions indicated on the labels and/or documentation provided on the website.

This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights under Romanian Law no. 449/2003 and Government Ordinance no. 21/1992.

Warranty conditions and procedures:

Verification of any defects, their nature and underlying causes is carried out by an authorized representative of the Operator at the point from which the product was purchased. Repairs, replacements (where repair is not feasible), or refunds (where neither repair nor replacement is possible) will be handled by the selling unit, in this specific order.

The warranty becomes void in the following situations:

• improper, incorrect, or unauthorized use, installation, or maintenance contrary to the instructions provided with the product
• abusive use or change in the intended purpose of the product
• unauthorized interventions or repairs
• loss or damage of the warranty certificate

To request a warranty service within the valid warranty period, the following documents must be presented:

• the original warranty certificate
• proof of purchase, such as the fiscal receipt, invoice, or payment confirmation (copy acceptable)

Loss of the warranty certificate or proof of purchase results in loss of warranty coverage.

When requesting warranty assistance, the product must be presented with all original accessories and, when possible, in its original packaging (although this is not strictly mandatory).

Repairs or other corrective measures under the warranty will be completed within 15 days from the date the defect is acknowledged by an authorized representative.

Warranty services are provided in compliance with Romanian consumer protection laws, including Law no. 449/2003 on product sale and associated guarantees and Government Ordinance no. 21/1992 on consumer protection, with subsequent amendments and additions.
