or request one from us.
If you meet the 2-day deadline, the label will be issued free of charge.
Otherwise, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received — unused, undamaged, and with all original Timeless Brands packaging and tags.
- Original packaging (boxes, protective bags, tags, cards) is considered part of the product and must be included in the return.
- Footwear must be tried on only on clean or carpeted surfaces until you decide to keep the item.
- Swimwear must be tried on over underwear.
- Please return all items from the same order in a single parcel to ensure fast and accurate processing.
Important Information:
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration compared to its original condition.
In such cases, the refund may be refused or adjusted accordingly.
Items that do not meet our return requirements may be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

I WANT TO RETURN (REFUND)
- Returns can be made within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
- If you send the return parcel within 2 days of delivery, return shipping is free of charge.
- You will be notified by email as soon as your return has been processed in our warehouse (usually within 5–7 business days after arrival).
- You can track the status of your return using the tracking number provided when the parcel was shipped.

RECEIVING A REFUND
All Timeless Brands products undergo a rigorous quality control process before being shipped.
Items are considered faulty only if they are damaged upon receipt or if a manufacturing defect appears within six months from the date of purchase.
Please note that products showing signs of normal wear and tear are not considered defective.
Incorrect Item:
If you received an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact the Timeless Brands Customer Care team and provide a clear photo of the item received as well as the labels on the packaging.
We will cover the full return shipping cost and replace the incorrect item with the correct one at no additional charge.
Faulty Item:
If you received a faulty item or if a manufacturing issue is detected, please contact us immediately at
support@timelessbrands.ro and include a clear photo showing the defect.
Whenever possible, we will offer to repair the item.
If you prefer a replacement, this can be provided only with the same model and size, subject to availability.
If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, you will receive a full refund of the purchase value.
*Decorative laces featured on certain models (e.g., loafers, driving shoes) are intended solely for aesthetic purposes and are not designed for size adjustment.
